Lost all my financial info from 2 years of tracking :(

This app was nearly perfect for the 2 years that I used it (apart from the dates being in reverse order depending on what view you were in). I would have rated it 4 stars, but after updating the software last week, all my financial data vanished. All my entries, budges, categories… EVERYTHING.

What’s worse is that I emailed support about this right away (using the contact form on their website) and still haven’t heard back from them. I also tried phoning them, but no answer, so I left a message, which has not been returned.

Stay far, far away if you want to retain your info.
